The UGC Clique is an online platform that connects UGC creators with brands looking for creators and content collaborations.
Creators can create a profile, showcase their work and make their profile discoverable through our Creator Marketplace. Brands and other visitors can browse creator profiles and contact creators regarding potential collaborations.
This Privacy Policy explains how The UGC Clique (“The UGC Clique”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use our website, create an account or use our services.
By using The UGC Clique, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed as described in this Privacy Policy.

PUBLIC CREATOR PROFILES
The purpose of The UGC Clique is to help creators become discoverable by brands.
When a creator profile is published, information that the creator has chosen to include in their public profile may be visible to anyone visiting the Creator Marketplace.
Public profile information may include:
• Display name
• Username
• Profile photo
• Country, region and/or city
• Biography
• Niches
• Content types
• Platforms
• Languages
• Audience information
• Social media links
• Portfolio links
• Portfolio photos and videos
Creators are responsible for the information and content they choose to publish on their profile.
Your login credentials and password are not displayed publicly.
Where an email address is used to enable brands to contact a creator, we use it for the purpose of facilitating that contact functionality. We do not intentionally display creator login passwords or other authentication credentials publicly.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:
• Create and maintain creator accounts
• Create, display and manage creator profiles
• Operate the Creator Marketplace
• Allow brands and visitors to discover creators
• Facilitate contact between brands and creators
• Process and manage creator memberships
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Provide password recovery functionality
• Maintain and improve the website
• Provide customer support
• Communicate important service-related information
• Prevent misuse, fraud or security issues

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

CREATOR MEMBERSHIPS AND PAYMENTS
Creator memberships may require a paid subscription.
Payments and subscription management are processed using Stripe.
The UGC Clique does not need to store your complete payment card details. Payment information is processed by Stripe according to Stripe’s own privacy and security practices.
We may receive and store limited information relating to your subscription, such as your subscription status, customer reference, payment status or other information necessary to manage access to The UGC Clique.
SUPABASE AND ACCOUNT DATA
The UGC Clique uses Supabase to support parts of the platform’s technical infrastructure, including creator accounts, authentication, profile information and related database functionality.
Information necessary to operate your account and creator profile may therefore be processed and stored through Supabase.
Passwords and authentication processes are handled through the authentication system used by the platform. We do not intentionally make passwords publicly available.
PORTFOLIO CONTENT AND UPLOADS
Creators may upload or provide portfolio content, including photos and videos, to showcase their work.
By uploading content to The UGC Clique, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and display that content.
Creators remain responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties.
Portfolio content may be publicly visible when it forms part of a published creator profile.
CONTACT BETWEEN BRANDS AND CREATORS
The UGC Clique enables brands and visitors to discover and contact creators.
When someone chooses to contact a creator, The UGC Clique may facilitate communication using the contact information associated with that creator’s profile.
The UGC Clique is a platform that facilitates discovery and initial contact. Any subsequent communication, negotiation, agreement, payment, content delivery or collaboration between a creator and a brand may take place independently between those parties.
Creators and brands are responsible for deciding what additional personal information they share with each other.
COOKIES AND WEBSITE TECHNOLOGIES
The UGC Clique may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies where necessary to operate the website, maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve functionality and understand website performance.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies or tracking technologies will only be used after appropriate consent has been obtained.
Third-party services used by the website may also use their own technologies according to their respective privacy policies.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
To operate The UGC Clique, we may use third-party service providers.

Examples of services currently used in connection with the platform include Framer, Supabase and Stripe.

Public creator information will be removed from the platform when the relevant profile is permanently removed, subject to reasonable technical processing times and any information we are legally required to retain.

However, no online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and should not share their password with others.

Where information must be retained for legal, financial, fraud-prevention or security purposes, we may retain the minimum information required for the applicable retention period.

CHILDREN
The UGC Clique is not intended for children under the age at which they can independently enter into the relevant membership or contractual arrangements under applicable law.
